Health Test: How stressed are you?

Part A: Emotional Stress Analysis

This section provides a brief assessment for your emotional health status, your emotional stress and anxiety.

Emotional stress and anxiety: this means you are stressed emotionally and you worry a lot. 

If you score between:

0 to 15: You are suffering from mild stress and anxiety. You may need to make some small changes to improve your emotional wellbeing. But you are doing quite well overall.

16-25: You are experiencing mild to moderate emotional stress and anxiety. You may need acupuncture or Chinese herbal treatment to help you find the balance, improve your emotional wellbeing, and prevent you from becoming more stressed.

26 to 50: you are suffering from moderate to severe emotional stress and anxiety. It is highly recommended that you seek help or treatment such as acupuncture or Chinese medicine to reduce your stress, anxiety and improve your emotional wellbeing.

Poor management of stress and anxiety can lead to the development of multiple stress related conditions such as IBS, depression, weight gain as well as eating disorders.

 

Part B: Physical Stress Analysis

This section provides a brief assessment for your health status on your physical stress and anxiety.

Physical stress and anxiety: This means your body is stress, tense and anxious. It is showing many signs and symptoms of stress and you are not aware of it.

If you score between

0 to 20: Your body is not too stressed. You are doing quite well. You may need regular maintenance for general health and wellbeing.

21-50: Your body is showing signs and symptoms of moderate stress and anxiety. You may have retained level of stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol in the body. And it is important that you take some measures such as acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine to reduce your stress and anxiety in the body.

51 to 100: Your mind may not be aware of it, but your body is EXTREMELY stressed and experiencing SEVERE anxiety. It is highly recommended that you seek professional help or health measures such as acupuncture treatment, Chinese herbal medicine to reduce the stress and anxiety level in the body. Poor management of stress and anxiety can lead to the development of multiple stress related conditions such as IBS, depression, weight gain as well as eating disorders.

Part C: Analysis for multiple stress related conditions

This section provides a brief assessment for other common stress and anxiety related health conditions such as depression, ibs, pms as well as psoriasis.

Q1-4: if you answer "yes" to these questions, and scored 20 or more. It is likely that you have a tendency of suffering from depression. You need to seek professional help urgently.

Q5-6: if you answer "yes" to these questions, you may have a tendency of suffering from irritable bowels, and your condition need to be investigated further by a professional medical practitioner.

Q7: if you answer "yes" and scored 6 or more. You may like to have your condition investigated further or checked for psoriasis.

Q8: If you answer "yes" to this question and scored 6 or more, you may be suffering from moderate to severe pms. And it is important that you seek some help for your condition.

Analysis Overview:

For part A and B,

if you scored between green and blue zone. This means that you are

mild to moderate stress and anxious. It is important that you take some measures and make some adjustments to prevent that accumulation of stress and anxiety.

if you scored between blue and red zone. This means that both your mind and your body are suffering from moderate to severe stress. And it is important to seek help and treatment for your stress and anxiety to prevent further development of other stress related health conditions.

For Part C, if you answer "yes" to any of the questions and scored more than 5, it is likely that you have developed other stress related health conditions. It is important that you have your condition assessed and investigated further by a qualified and professional health care practitioner.
