Brief Note on Binge Eating & Food Craving

Binge eating and food craving are common problems encountered in a clinical practice.

What are "binge eating" and "food craving'?

"Binge eating" can be described as the person have an abnormal tendency to eat continuously without feeling full or satisfied. He or she may think they have a "huge appetite".

"Food craving" can be described as the person thinking about food or certain food excessively whether or not he/she may actually eat the food. The common example is one's thought of having a piece of chocolate.

Binge eating and food craving have become extremely prevalent and yet, conventional medicine or health professionals have failed to address the issue. Binge eating and food craving are both anxiety induced and they are the symptoms of anxiety in the body.
