Brief Note on Binge Eating & Food Craving
Binge
eating and food craving are common problems encountered in a clinical
practice. They have become extremely prevalent and yet, conventional
medicine or health professionals have failed to address the issue. Binge
eating and food craving are both anxiety induced eating disorders. And
their impact have resulted an epidemic of overweight, obesity, diabetes,
insulin resistant as well as many other health conditions which affect
our community.
Please
have a pen and paper ready. Answer "yes" or "no" to the following
questions. If you have answered "yes" to the question, please also write down a score between
1 to 10. 1 indicates least severe and 10 indicates most severe.
At the
end of each section, calculate a total score for the section.
